At Marissa Made It, LLC, each item is made with care and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Because many products are personalized and made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns unless an item arrives damaged or broken.

If your item arrives damaged:

Please contact me at shop.marissamadeit@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once verified, I'll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund for the damaged product--customer's preference.
I am not responsible for incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
My goal is for you to love your order—if something’s not right, I'll do everything possible to make it right!
